Fannie Mae is cracking down on strategic defaulters

Fannie Mae just announced that strategic defaulters will not qualify for new Fannie Mae loans for seven years from the date of their foreclosure.  In addition, Fannie Mae will attempt to recoup outstanding mortgage debt from strategic defaulters by going to court.
