How to submit an offer on Homesearch.com. 

Homesearch.com is one of the most popular real estate websites used by banks to auction foreclosed bank owned property.  Overall, Homesearch.com is a well designed website providing access to bank foreclsoured property across all 50 states. However, real estate auction websites are still new to most and many would be buyers have questions.  Below you will find answeres to the most common question asked. 

How Do I Submit an Offer on Foreclosed Property on Homesearch.com?  

In order to submit an offers there is a two step registration process. First, register on Homesearch.com as a user, then register for the auction property of intrest. 

To register as a user, visit Homesearch.com and click on the "Create Account" button located in the top right corner. Next, search for the property of intrest and click on "View Details" and then click the "Register to Bid" button on the right hand side of the screen. Complete the online offer form and submit your offer for review.
 

NOTE: The first question on the form asks, "Are you represented by a Agent/Borker?"

Choosing yes doesn't cost anything. In fact, if you choose "No" Homesearch will keep the wopping 1% commission offered to buyer agents. So, ALWAYS CHOOSE YES and enter an agent with extensive knololedge of the Homesearch auction and closing process.
